At the moment we are temporarily renovating, all orders will be still fulfilled, and will be back soon in the next 2 weeks with new designs and structure!

ATTENTION: Attention: Due to several of the states mandates that our manufactures are in, there are Covid restrictions on the amount of workforce which has affected our timelines for some of our orders so they will be delayed. Yes there are still some states that have restrictions. But all orders will be completed and as indicated in the timeline section below unless you received an email stating otherwise.

New production changes will happen with this new design which we are excited to share! We will pre-make sizes and items so at the end of the week orders will be shipped out. The downside is we could possible sell out faster for certain sizes or colors. But once we get the system down we will have more items and sizes for less likely being out of stock!

We are seeing a longer hold up through customs than normal going international. We are seeing a few missing packages in the mail system from time-to-time so if that occurs please let us know as soon as possible. We have to submit claims and once we receive an update from the carrier we will update you.

(Update: due to Covid-19 there are restrictions or protocols in order to keep the customers and workers safe so the timeline for printing and shipping has changed and taking a little longer than usual.)

Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance, each order and item is custom made on the spot at the end of the cycle. We don't pre-produce or make items in advance.

Current Cycle Timeline:

We collect orders in a 2-week cycle meaning; example, we collect the orders in a two week time frame, we start collecting the orders on Monday July 5th at 12:00am MST then for the next 2 weeks following, we will continue to collect orders. The coral banner at the top of the page announces a deadline for the end of the two week cycle for when we stop collecting orders which is on July 18th at 11:59pm.

Then, during the week of July 19th-July 23th, we will start processing the orders and send them to the manufactures then during July 26th-July 30th, we will custom print and make each item. Once all the orders are completed then our manufactures will ship them out at the end of the week. After ALL the items have been sent out from all the order then we will send tracking numbers out through the email provided.

Previous cycle timeline

July 5th-9th collect and the process orders by sending them out to manufacturers.

July 12-16th orders are made, printed, and then shipped out. After all orders are shipped then tracking numbers will be distributed (we are hoping this is the last order that takes this long and we start the new order process).

Cycle June 7th-20th 2021

June 21st-25th, 2021 we will collect the orders, process them then send out the orders to our manufacturers.

June 28th-July 2nd 2021 orders are made, printed, and then shipped. After all orders are shipped then tracking numbers will be distributed.

Because we use a third-party to package and ship, once your order has shipped it is possible that a new tracking maybe issues until we can connect our third-party shipping to our website/system.

As for international orders we are noticing orders passing through customs has been taking longer than usual.

When your package leaves our manufacture it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS, therefore we are no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact your local USPS or the postal carrier FIRST then contact us after.

All sales are final! Please check your items before purchase. Make sure to check the "size fit" by measuring your own chest and compare to the table provide for the item. The only time we do refunds or exchanges is if we sent the wrong order or items.
