New changes and updates
We made some new changes the administration, vendors, structures, and items we now produce. These new production changes are happening with this new design which we are excited to share!
- Going back to pre-order so timeline is longer to receive items. Since doing pre-orders we can then buy some extras which we will sell until sold out.
- Pre-production-meaning we will pre-make items in certain sizes and colors ahead of time so at the end of the week orders will be shipped out.
- Limited numbers of items for a line so we can come out with new designs
- New designs coming at least 2-3x a year with limited number of items.
- New shipping carrier so items are sent faster and more reliable.
- Free shipping
There are some draw backs to this new process but we wanted to be honest as best we can. In doing preproduction of products one of the downsides is we could possible sell out faster for certain sizes and/or colors. Meaning once we are out it will be a delay until we can restock or if we decide to restock.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance, each order and item is custom made.
Order processing and fulfillment:
We are going back to pre-order and ordering items in bulk, and what is left over will be on hand ready to sell online or at vending opportunities. So at the end of each 2-week cycle we will collect orders and send items at the end of the 2nd week to process and begin custom making and by the 3 to 4th week will receive items, unless it is on hand, and it will be sent out the following week.
Ships within 3 days
If specified on the item on the product page, from the time of purchase that item will be shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped then the timeline to reach the customer depends on location. But we are only specifying that it will ship within 3 business days, some holidays can affect that timeline which will be specific during those holidays.
Shipping
Because we use a third-party to package and ship, once your order has shipped it is possible that a new tracking maybe issues until we can connect our third-party shipping to our website/system.
As for international orders we are noticing orders passing through customs has been taking longer than usual.
Transit
When your package leaves our manufacture it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS, therefore we are no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact your local USPS or the postal carrier FIRST then contact us after.
International Orders
We are seeing a longer hold up through customs than normal going international. We are seeing a few missing packages in the mail system from time-to-time so if that occurs please let us know as soon as possible. We have to submit claims and once we receive an update from the carrier we will update you.
Refunds/Exchanges
Cancellation or Refund Policy
- If you are looking for a refund or exchange, we hope we can help to resolve the issue. Our policy may include a refund thought some restrictions may apply, so review the items below. Our policy is independent of any statutory rights that you may have under the law.
- We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase with proof of that purchase, only under these circumstances: we sent the wrong size, color, or item. The item received has damage, tears, or stains but design alignment does not fall under this circumstance.
- Items damage we will provide a paid for packing slip to return item(s).
- You can return your product for credit, a different product of equal or lesser value (refunded the difference), or a full refund to original payment for that item(s).
- Shipping and taxes will be refunded if we do a full refund, but if you receive store credit or exchange items then taxes and shipping will not be refunded.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must still have tags on them and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, stains, or damage.
- You can return your product for credit, a different product of equal or lesser value (refunded the difference), or a full refund to original payment for that item(s).
- Shipping and taxes will be refunded if we do a full refund, but if you receive store credit or exchange items then taxes and shipping will not be refunded.

Vendor returns
- If items were purchased at vendors then we will not return items and all sales are final.
How to initiate a return
- You must reach out to Medicine Warrior Apparel by email within the designated timeframe from time of purchase in order for return to be valid.

- You must attach your invoice or receipt in email and state reasons for return.
- If damaged to be returned it damaged upon receiving then a picture of said damage must be attached in the email as well.
- A return postage will be send to customer and instruction on how to return items.
- MWA will not provide the package to send back return but only the return shipping label.
- Timeline for returning items vary depending on location, postal service, and restrictions.
- Refund of money will not be fully completed until MWA receives the item back unless specified by a representative when working with customer.

Care Instructions
In order for your shirt to last longer best way to care for your tees is to turn inside out, machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use fabric softener. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low, no commercial or high heat dryers or settings. Cool iron (but not directly on screen printing). Do not dry clean.
Sublimation-First few cycle hang dry after washing in cold water. Then, it is best recommended to continue to hang dry, but if put in dryer then only use tumble dry low. Do not dry clean or iron.
Due to the process and how the design and shirts are made the designs might not always be centered or aligned. Please be aware before purchasing as we will not refund unless under extreme circumstances.
